Cooked Ham

The cooked ham presents lots of nutritional values. Rich in proteins, little calorie and poor in lipids, it has completely its place in the daily food of each of us (children, adults, seniors, sportsmen, etc.).

Madrange Cooked Ham is made from whole thighs of pig freshly, strictly selected.

The jambon à l'étouffée (steamed ham) is cooked without addition of fat in the juice of cooking. This mode of cooking brings it a softness and an incomparable gustative quality.

The jambon de campagne (country style ham), it is the authenticity of a traditional ham boned in the hand. With its original shape and its crust finely golden, it has everything of a true rustic ham. Finally, its cooking in the broth in the bone gives it a unique and typical taste

In deli counter department or pre-packed the ham declines under very varied forms to multiply the pleasures.

Dry Ham

In the 21th century, from north to south and East to West, the dry ham is the "favourite" of French tables. For year 2000, 49,000 tons of hams were produced which were sold either whole, or in slices or still in "chiffonnade" according to the taste of each.

Mousse and Pâté Terrines

The history of the pâté go back up to Romans. In the Middle Ages, terrines already differed from pâtés by their mode of cooking. Through time, new textures, new tastes and packaging were created. Nowadays, pâtés are less firm, thiner and easily spreadable. The flavours are more refined and the more practical packaging.

There are numerous types of pâtés: country style pâtés, in crust, pâté of liver, forest style pâté, poultry pâté, mousse of duck and goose, ...

Ready to eat, they are particularly appreciated by the children and the seniors for their ease of consumption and their taste.

Dry Sausages

The Madrange dry sausage is declined in several tastes and is ideal to decorate all the moments of consumption: apéritifs, starters, salads, snacking.

It exists nature, with hazelnuts, with beaufort cheese and with walnuts, without forgetting the famous Sarment (Vine shoots) of Savoy.
