The Guilloteau fromagerie manufactures a wide range of cheeses according to a technology perfected by its founder and by the INRA. Guilloteau transforms cow's milk but also goat and ewe's milk. Thanks to their creamy texture and sweet taste Guilloteau cheeses will be convenient to the great majority. The packaging proposed suits to both retail trade and food service.
